RAB31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,717 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, RAB31_T38, and PPP1R18_S224. Each is linked with RAB31 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB31-to-partner and partner-to-RAB31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB31 versus ZYX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
