RAB31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 656 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB31-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, TAAR8, and OR51A8P. Each is linked with RAB31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB31-to-partner and partner-to-RAB31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by RAB31-low versus RAB31-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
