RAB2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,982 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS5, YTHDF3, and UBE2W. Each is linked with RAB2A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB2A versus COPS5 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
