RAB29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,909 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB29-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL12, UTP25, and HEATR5A. Each is linked with RAB29 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB29-to-partner and partner-to-RAB29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB29 versus KLHL12 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
