Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB29 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,404 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB29-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B1, ATP5F1B, and ALDH2. Each is linked with RAB29 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB29-to-partner and partner-to-RAB29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB29 versus ATP8B1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
