The most reproducible PYGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPM, ENTPD6, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with PYGB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGB-to-partner and partner-to-PYGB results are reported.
