Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDNL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 345 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PXDNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, RNF40, and ABCA2. Each is linked with PXDNL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDNL-to-partner and partner-to-PXDNL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXDNL versus MYL9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
