Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PXDNL RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PXDNL data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PXDNL RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PXDNL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and DLBC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UVM, and BRCA are the cancer types where PXDNL RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
