PWRN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,819 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWRN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDE5A, POLA1_S209, and MRPL43. Each is linked with PWRN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWRN1-to-partner and partner-to-PWRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PWRN1 versus PDE5A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
