Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,608 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-12P, OR13Z3P, and HMGB1P32. Each is linked with PTX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX3-to-partner and partner-to-PTX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-12P grouped by PTX3-low versus PTX3-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
