Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR13Z3P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR13Z3P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR13Z3P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, OR13Z3P RNA expression shows 4,673 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, and LUAD as cancer lineages where OR13Z3P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
