Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR13Z3P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of OR13Z3P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where OR13Z3P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types OR13Z3P is over-expressed in tumor.

LUAD are the cancer types where OR13Z3P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
