PTPRVP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRVP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRVP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-649P, MMP12, and MIR193BHG. Each is linked with PTPRVP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRVP-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRVP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-649P grouped by PTPRVP-low versus PTPRVP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRVP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRVP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
