Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTEN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGRF2, JAM3, and PLAC9. Each is linked with PTEN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTEN-to-partner and partner-to-PTEN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTEN versus RASGRF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
