Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTEN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,869 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIPA1L2, THRA, and SHFL. Each is linked with PTEN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTEN-to-partner and partner-to-PTEN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIPA1L2 grouped by PTEN-low versus PTEN-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
