PTCHD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCHD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,271 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCHD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, TOP1, and TOP2A_S1377. Each is linked with PTCHD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCHD4-to-partner and partner-to-PTCHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTCHD4 versus SMC4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
