Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTAFR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,206 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTAFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, LINC01146, and TRGV5P. Each is linked with PTAFR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTAFR-to-partner and partner-to-PTAFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTAFR versus MEFV in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTAFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTAFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
