Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP389, RNA5SP422, and RPS19P6. Each is linked with PSMG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP389 grouped by PSMG2-low versus PSMG2-high in UCEC.
