Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR378E, RNA5SP416, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with PSMA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA4 results are reported.
