Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSKH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSKH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-24, USP9YP10, and KCNK18. Each is linked with PSKH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSKH1-to-partner and partner-to-PSKH1 results are reported.
