Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL37P4 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL37P4 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CHOL. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL37P4 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RPL37P4 RNA expression shows 3,586 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CHOL, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL37P4 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
