PRR15L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR15L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,438 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR15L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS8, TMC4, and TMEM125. Each is linked with PRR15L in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR15L versus PRSS8 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR15L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR15L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
