Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR15L RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRR15L data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher PRR15L RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR15L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and KIRP show a favorable association.

MESO, KIRP, and STAD are the cancer types where PRR15L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
