Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR15L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,372 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR15L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM159, POF1B, and FMO5. Each is linked with PRR15L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15L results are reported.
