PRPF31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,993 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF31-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4470, POLR3KP2, and COPS8P1. Each is linked with PRPF31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF31-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4470 grouped by PRPF31-low versus PRPF31-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
