Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK15, DIPK2B, and SSX2B. Each is linked with PRKCQ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCQ-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCQ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK15 grouped by PRKCQ-low versus PRKCQ-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
