Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MRGPRX6P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MRGPRX6P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MRGPRX6P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, MRGPRX6P RNA expression shows 5,584 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight ESCA, BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where MRGPRX6P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
