PRICKLE3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,310 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are S1PR2, TRPV4, and TRIM7. Each is linked with PRICKLE3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE3-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRICKLE3 versus S1PR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
