Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF402P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF402P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF402P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, ZNF402P RNA expression shows 6,519 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight MESO, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where ZNF402P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
