PRDM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,214 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, LRP1, and MMP2. Each is linked with PRDM6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM6-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM6 versus ISLR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
