Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,201 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6854, DUX4L52, and MIR6780B. Each is linked with PRDM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM6-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6854 grouped by PRDM6-low versus PRDM6-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
