Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRX, OR5B12, and BPIFB3. Each is linked with PRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRB2-to-partner and partner-to-PRB2 results are reported.
