Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRB2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRB2 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PRB2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, MESO, and KIRP are the cancer types where PRB2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
