Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RNY4P27, and RNY4P16. Each is linked with PRAMEF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF6-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by PRAMEF6-low versus PRAMEF6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
