Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRAMEF6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRAMEF6 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher PRAMEF6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRAMEF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP show a favorable association.
SCLC, BLCA, and UVM are the cancer types where PRAMEF6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
