PRAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLVIV-53, RNU6-792P, and RNU6-1085P. Each is linked with PRAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGLVIV-53 grouped by PRAC1-low versus PRAC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
