The most reproducible PPP5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6766, VN1R90P, and LINC02559. Each is linked with PPP5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP5C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP5C results are reported.
