Q-omics provides the consensus-scored VN1R90P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. VN1R90P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, VN1R90P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, VN1R90P RNA expression shows 5,285 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Together, these results highlight LUSC, KICH, and HNSC as cancer lineages where VN1R90P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes VN1R90P survival associations across molecular data types. VN1R90P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (11). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible VN1R90P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High VN1R90P expression shows unfavorable associations in LUSC, SKCM, LIHC and KIRC, but favorable associations in KIRP and STAD. The LUSC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .003). Together, the overview and detailed table identify LUSC as the clearest survival context for VN1R90P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for VN1R90P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. VN1R90P shows higher tumor expression in KICH, BRCA and KIRC. The KICH box plot shows higher VN1R90P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.074, t-test p < 0.001).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with VN1R90P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, VN1R90P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with HNSC recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
