PPP4R2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4R2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,587 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP4R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3137, RNU1-17P, and MIR8056. Each is linked with PPP4R2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R2-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3137 grouped by PPP4R2-low versus PPP4R2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
