Q-omics provides the consensus-scored CDRT15P8 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. CDRT15P8 expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, CDRT15P8 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, CDRT15P8 RNA expression shows 4,841 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LIHC, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where CDRT15P8 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
