Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2R1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCD2, RNU6ATAC32P, and MIR6768. Each is linked with PPP2R1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCD2 grouped by PPP2R1A-low versus PPP2R1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP2R1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP2R1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
