Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL2, TMC1, and WFDC12. Each is linked with PPP1R36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R36-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R36 results are reported.
