Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R36 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP1R36 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PPP1R36 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R36 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRP show a favorable association.
BRCA, BLCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where PPP1R36 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
