PPIF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,685 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MIR6803, and RPL23AP90. Each is linked with PPIF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIF-to-partner and partner-to-PPIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by PPIF-low versus PPIF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
