PPAN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPAN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,709 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPAN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC5, RAVER1, and DNMT1. Each is linked with PPAN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPAN-to-partner and partner-to-PPAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPAN versus THOC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
