POP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,308 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, NCAPH, and RRM2. Each is linked with POP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP4-to-partner and partner-to-POP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POP4 versus MCM2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
