Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,331 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, MAN1C1, and ABCA8. Each is linked with POP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP4-to-partner and partner-to-POP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POP4 versus DIPK2B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
