Q-omics provides the consensus-scored POM121L4P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. POM121L4P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, POM121L4P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, POM121L4P RNA expression shows 6,548 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUAD, HNSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where POM121L4P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
