POLR3G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,333 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR3G_S157, GEMIN5, and POLR1E. Each is linked with POLR3G in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3G versus POLR3G_S157 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
