POLR3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, LINC02084, and MIR6129. Each is linked with POLR3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by POLR3G-low versus POLR3G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
